Pride Community Center (Pride Brazos) runs a monthly gender-affirming support group in College Station. It is designed for transgender, gender-nonconforming and nonbinary people but is open to anyone, as a space to share strategies and support one another. All ages are welcome; children should come with an adult who is responsible for them.
The group meets on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at Friends Congregational Church, an open and affirming United Church of Christ congregation. Upcoming dates are Oct. 12, Nov. 9 and Dec. 14.
