Panhandle Pride Inc.

Panhandle Pride Inc. is the primary LGBTQ+ Pride organization serving Amarillo and the broader Texas Panhandle region. The organization organizes the annual Amarillo Pride festival and works year-round to build visibility, community, and support for queer residents of one of Texas’s most rural and conservative regions. Panhandle Pride’s work is vital for LGBTQ+ people across the High Plains who often face greater isolation than their counterparts in major metro areas.
