Legacy Community Health

Legacy Community Health is Houston’s largest LGBTQ+-affirming health system and one of the most comprehensive HIV care providers in Texas. With multiple clinic locations across the greater Houston area, Legacy provides primary care, behavioral and mental health services, dental care, HIV treatment and PrEP, and more — all in affirming environments designed for LGBTQ+ patients, people living with HIV, and underserved communities. Legacy has been central to Houston’s response to the HIV epidemic and remains an essential community institution in the Montrose neighborhood and beyond.
