BEAT AIDS Coalition Trust (Black Efforts Against the Threat of AIDS) has worked against HIV/AIDS in San Antonio for nearly four decades. It focuses on African American, Latinx and other communities of color, including work on HIV disparities among Black women through the Texas Black Women’s Health Initiative. Services include HIV and STI testing, PrEP, case management, mental health and substance use services, support groups and clinical care.
BEAT AIDS has four San Antonio locations: 208 W. Euclid Ave., 311 Howard St., 230 E. Fredericksburg Road and 618 Hudson St.
