Avenue 360 Health & Wellness is a Houston-based federally qualified health center providing comprehensive HIV care, primary care, behavioral health services, and support programs for people living with HIV and LGBTQ+ Houstonians in need. Located in Midtown near the historic Montrose district, Avenue 360 delivers culturally competent, patient-centered care to some of Houston’s most vulnerable residents, including those who are uninsured or underinsured.
